After flipping through the pages of the various cookbooks, I have to say that I am impressed. The recipes look very tasty, and the program offers great value. However, not everything is good.
We are not fond of:
Books are a bit hard on the eyes: Green of the books does not fit well with the fonts and are difficult to read. There is not much text, but what little it is hard to focus on.
There is no explanation on why these foods increase metabolism: While the book offers a lot of great recipes, it does not explain why they are so good for your metabolism. The focus of the program is on protein, but without explaining why a high protein diet is good for boosting your metabolism. Without the explanation of “WHY”, for me, it’s kind of another cookbook full of delicious recipes.

There is no main e-book to help you understand how to read books but simply jumps straight to recipes. They expect you to take their word that recipes work, without giving you any background detail why they do it.
Nutritional information: Each recipe comes with the number of calories, grams of protein and carbohydrates, and the important nutritional information you need to know. For those like me who are trying to stay strict with our calorie consumption, these books are helpful.
Very simple instructions: There are no complicated terms in the book, but all instructions are easy to follow. In fact, recipes contain between 5 and 10 steps, so you do not have to worry about trying to figure out a complex recipe with hundreds of ingredients.
